Mike BolsoverManaging Director and CEO
Mike is a co-founder of Silver Heritage. Mike was born in Hong Kong, and educated in England and the United States. Mike has an in-depth understanding of Asian gaming operations and previously worked for online gaming operator Victor Chandler in the trading and business development departments from 1999 to 2003. Mike became an executive director of Silver Heritage in 2005 and was appointed CEO in 2008. In 2015 Mike was voted one of Asia’s Top 50 most influential people in the Asian gaming industry (Asian Gaming Magazine). Mike is also a member of the 2016 Class of 40 under 40 (Global Gaming Business), and received a G2E Emerging Leader Scholarship in conjunction with Innovation Group. Mike holds a degree in Finance and Marketing from Emory University in Atlanta GA, USA.
Jeremy GillGeneral Counsel
Jeremy has over 8 years post qualification experience as a lawyer, being admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, England & Wales and the British Virgin Islands. Jeremy previously worked in private practice within the APAC region, specializing in litigation and dispute resolution in addition to regulatory and employment matters. Prior to joining Silver Heritage, Jeremy worked for a leading international offshore law firm within its litigation and insolvency department, advising and acting for public listed and private companies, high net worth individuals and insolvency practitioners. He was born and educated in Hong Kong and attended University in the UK before studying at the University of Hong Kong where he completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL). In his role as General Counsel, Jeremy is responsible for all legal and compliance matters relating to the Group, its operations and various subsidiaries.
Amy BunnellCountry Head - Nepal
Amy joined Silver Heritage as Country Head – Nepal, on 26 August 2019. Prior to this appointment, Amy was acting in the role of GM – Corporate for the Company on the ground in Nepal for 3 months, reviewing and improving internal controls, reviewing business processes and managing local stakeholders. Amy has extensive experience building and growing businesses in the Asia-Pacific region having previously worked as Country Head, Nepal and Australasia for Japan Tobacco International. Amy holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Imperial College London in addition to a BA in International Relations from the University of New England, Australia. Amy is responsible for the execution of the Company’s Nepal operations.
Martin re-joined the Company on a consultancy basis on 2 September 2019. Martin was previously employed as the Company’s CFO between 2006 and 2017. Martin is a Chartered Accountant who has lived and worked in Asia since 1987 and is a member of the ICAEW and the HKICPA. Martin holds a BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering from Loughborough University.
